Victor also offered me a fantastic discount, which I truly appreciated. What impressed me the most was that he kept every promise he made. Whenever I called him, he was always willing to help, and everything he told me about the quality of the work and the delivery date was exactly as promised. My Tesla was delivered right on schedule, perfectly clean, and looking as good as new! The quality of the repair was excellent, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. Took car in for a bumper replacement and some touch ups, the shop did awesome and the customer service was great got calls for any issues that came up and the car was ready in just a few days. 10/10 will recommend. Thanks gentlemen for the great work on my q60

I had a great experience with Master Auto Collision after my car was rear-ended, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I worked with Victor, who was incredibly friendly, polite, professional, and efficient from start to finish. One thing that really stood out was how respectful Victor was of my time. He actually suggested that I wait to drop my car off until the necessary parts had been ordered so I wouldn’t be without a vehicle any longer than necessary. That kind of consideration really made a difference. The repair itself was excellent. Victor replaced the trunk, but he also went above and beyond by buffing out some minor scratches and dings along the body. To top it off, they even detailed the interior and gave the exterior some extra attention. It was clear that they genuinely cared about doing a great job rather than simply completing the basic repair. I was extremely happy with the speed, quality, professionalism, and especially the extra effort to go the extra mile. I would absolutely recommend Master Auto Collision to everyone I know, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future car repairs or body work. Great service from entire staff from finding them to waiting for my repair. They were welcoming to my pet while waiting . And on top of that experience where we were waiting I had an array of snacks and drinks all complementary at my disposal .
